What are the limitations of the trial version?

The trial download of Comet Assay IV is an instant access software download and as such cannot be supplied with a camera. If you have a video camera from a compatible manufacturer such as Leica, QImaging or Photometrics it may be possible to connect your camera to allow live video imaging with the trial software.

Even without a compatible camera, the trial offers plenty of possibliities. You can download a video that has been captured from the microscope of an existing Comet Assay IV user. This video can be loaded into Comet Assay IV to demonstrate the benefits of real-time scoring delivered by the full version of the program. You can also use your own image files with the program.

This trial is provided free-of-charge strictly for non-commercial evaluation purposes only. You agree not to use the demonstration for collation of any data used as part of a research project or commercial test or study.
